Osthoff Management  

The Osthoff Condominium Association, Inc. has created Osthoff Management Corp., as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Association, for the purpose of operating a voluntary rental program to assist the owners of units in The Osthoff Resort with the rental of their condominium units.  Rentals of the condominiums are on a rotating basis within each of the 20 categories.  The Board of Directors determines rental rates. Overall rental rates take into consideration many factors including size and location of the suite, times of the season, convention rates and local competition.   Because participation in the Osthoff Rental Management Program is optional, none of the Owners Association Maintenance Fees are used to fund this service.  To provide complete resort services, the Osthoff has a General Manager to oversee the general operation of the resort which includes: 24-hour  front desk, daily housekeeping, grounds and maintenance staff, waterfront sports, banquet and catering services and a sales department to market and coordinate meeting and convention business for corporate and social functions. A split of the rental receipts, between the Osthoff Management Corp. and the owner funds the cost of these services.  

The Controller of the Osthoff provides each participating owner with a monthly statement showing the number of reservations, the gross rental income for that month and a check for the net rental receipts.
