Owner Information

Owners can enjoy more of their vacation time without maintenance or housekeeping duties while at the Osthoff.  Upon leaving, owners in the rental program close the door and turn in their key.  The unit is cleaned and ready for another guest.   For each owner stay a one-time cleaning/checkout fee is charged at $40 for a 1-bedroom suite, $50 for a 2-bedroom suite or deluxe,$60 for a 2-bedroom premier, $60 for a 3-bedroom deluxe and $70 for a 3-bedroom premier.

Owner stays include chamber service(fresh towels, toiletries, trash removal). Stayover service will be provided at additional charge, if requested by owner.

Each unit has an electric meter and will be issued a monthly bill from WE Energies.  Owners are responsible for the insurance to cover contents of their units including paint and carpeting.

Pets:  No pets allowed anywhere on the property.

Smoke-free Environment:   All common areas and all units within the association's rental services are designated non-smoking.
